Does LetMeWork work for one-person shops?
That's who it was built for. Essentials is a single-user plan: branded site, request form, price book, scheduling, bills and Stripe payouts. Nothing in the app assumes you have office staff.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. If you already have a site, use the embeddable request form — drop it in as a link, a button or an iframe and every request still lands in your Command Center. The hosted LetMeWork site is optional.
How does the AI receptionist sound?
It's a natural voice agent on the Pro plan and up. You fill out a short questionnaire about your trade, service area and hours, and it answers, qualifies the caller and books against your real calendar. You can listen to it and change the script any time.
Do my payments go through LetMeWork or directly to me?
Directly to you. You connect your own Stripe account in one click and customer payments — deposits, bills, card and tap-to-pay — land in your account. We never hold your money.
What happens after the 90-day free trial?
You pick a plan and billing starts, or you don't and the account goes read-only — your customers, jobs and bills stay put. No card is required to start, and there are no contracts or cancellation fees.
Which trades is it set up for?
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, handyman, general contracting, landscaping, cleaning and auto mechanics ship with their own price-book presets and request-form questions. Any other trade can start from a blank price book.
