Terms of Service

Welcome to LetMeWork. LetMeWork is owned and operated by Economy Electrical Services ("Economy Electrical Services", "we", "us"), trading as LetMeWork. These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and Economy Electrical Services. By creating an account or continuing to use LetMeWork, you accept them.
1. What LetMeWork is
LetMeWork is an operations platform for independent trades businesses (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, GCs, handymen, cleaning services, etc.). It gives your shop a branded website and a back-office dashboard with CRM, scheduling, and invoicing.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to run a business in your jurisdiction. Don't share your account or use it for anyone else's business.
3. Your data & your customers' data
You own the content you put in LetMeWork — your customer list, price book, invoices, photos. We store and process it so the app works. You are the "data controller" for your customers' info; LetMeWork is the "data processor." Handle your customers' info responsibly and only for the purposes you told them.
4. Payments to your business
When you connect your own Stripe (or other processor) to collect payments from your customers, that money flows directly between your customer and your processor. LetMeWork never touches those funds and takes no cut of them. You are responsible for tax, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes on payments you collect from your own customers. This section is about your customers' payments to you — it does not apply to your subscription payments to us, which are covered in section 5.
5. Payments to LetMeWork
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the fees shown at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
LetMeWork subscriptions are sold by Economy Electrical Services, the seller and merchant of record for those orders. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf; card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Acceptable use
Don't use LetMeWork to spam people, break the law, defraud customers, upload malware, scrape our service, or resell it as your own product. We can suspend accounts that do.
7. AI features
Some features (site copy assist, etc.) use AI models. Review any AI-generated text before publishing. You are responsible for the content on your site.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep LetMeWork up, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. The service is provided "as is." Back up anything critical outside the app.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LetMeWork is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings — this deletes your data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data on request during the notice window.
11. Changes
We'll update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
