Privacy Policy

LetMeWork is operated by Economy Electrical Services (trading as LetMeWork), which is the data controller for the account and usage data described here. This is what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do. No dark patterns, no selling your data.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, business name, business phone/address you enter.
- Shop data: customers, price book items, jobs, bills, photos you upload.
- Usage: basic logs (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and debugging.
- Payment keys (if you connect Stripe): your Stripe secret key, stored server-side and only used to create checkouts for your bills.
- Push subscriptions (if you enable phone alerts): device push tokens.
- Subscription/billing records: your plan, order and subscription IDs, and billing status. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or your customers' data. Ever.
- We don't run advertising or share data with ad networks.
- We don't touch your customers' credit cards. Stripe does, straight into your account.
How we use it
- To run LetMeWork for you: show your dashboard, deliver your site, send push alerts.
- To improve the product (aggregate, non-identifying).
- To contact you about your account, security issues, or major product changes.
Legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract — account info, shop data and billing records, so we can deliver the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — security logs, fraud prevention, debugging, and aggregate product improvement.
- Consent — push notifications and any marketing email; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.
Where it lives
On secure cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. Only your shop's members can read your shop's data.
Your rights
You can view, edit, export, or delete your data from Settings. Deleting your account permanently deletes your data (subject to short audit-log retention for legal/security purposes). Email privacy@letmework.app for anything you can't do in-app.
Your customers' data
You control it — you decide what to store about your customers and what to communicate to them. LetMeWork processes it on your behalf. Make sure you're allowed to store it under your local laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Third parties we use
- Stripe — our payment processor for LetMeWork subscriptions, acting on behalf of Economy Electrical Services. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the sale, manage subscriptions, and handle invoicing and refunds.
- Stripe — payment processing for money your shop collects from its own customers (only if you connect it).
- Supabase / Cloudflare — hosting and database.
- Web Push (Apple/Google) — device notifications (only if you enable alerts).
- Professional advisers and authorities — legal or accounting advisers, and regulators where the law requires it.
Kids
LetMeWork isn't for anyone under 18. Don't create an account for a minor.
Changes
We'll notify you in-app about material changes.
